These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bare Brow Co website at barebrowco.com (the "Site") and the products sold through it. Bare Brow Co is a brand operated by UrbanShops LLC, a United States limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, with its registered office at 30 N Gould ST STE R Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we," "us," "our," or "Bare Brow Co"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Bare Brow Co is a direct-to-consumer beauty brand selling eyebrow stamps and related beauty tools. The legal entity behind Bare Brow Co is:

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images on the Site due to display settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product ordered, discontinue any product, correct pricing or descriptive errors, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the listed prices. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout, which are processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party payment processors. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, incorrectly priced, unavailable, or that violate these Terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@barebrowco.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, pigments, and applicator tools are non-returnable except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product names, product images, text, graphics, and designs — is owned by UrbanShops LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Resell our products without our written authorization

9. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant UrbanShops LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. Except as required by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Individual results from cosmetic products vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanShops LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanShops LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products or the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
